AHC2 played a pivotal role from day one in developing the Kiddie Academy in Tehaleh. We facilitated negotiations for the purchase sale agreement, ensuring alignment with the approval process in a master-planned community governed by an architecture review board. Designing for an irregularly shaped parcel of land presented a significant challenge. AHC2 successfully created a site plan that not only adhered to budget constraints but also received initial approval from the architecture review committee. Moreover, we secured pre-approval for future expansions concurrently. Our strategic allocation of the construction budget emphasized enhancing the facility's visible aspects, enhancing curb appeal and delivering a visually stunning facility within our client’s financial parameters.
